Terms of Service

By signing up to become a ComplyFlex member, the following terms of service are agreed upon:

Products Available to Members

ComplyFlex provides online materials to its members to assist the members in providing a safe workplace for their employees. Safety trainings are accessible for training remote individuals, and small or large groups. ComplyFlex has the power to automatically create a certificate of completion, and also provides printable sign in sheets for in person groups to sign.

The Company Assigned Safety Trainer set in the company account page will be included on each certificate of completion as an e-signature to confirm that the company certifies the trainee has completed the training. By accepting the Terms of Service, the member company agrees that the Company Assigned Safety Trainer can be applied to the training certificates in order to certify that the training was company approved, and completed by the trainee.

Refund Policy

ComplyFlex does not offer refunds for membership periods already paid. Please contact support@complyflex.com with any questions or concerns. Only ComplyFlex can decide if a refund is necessary due to an account issue.

Cancellation Policy

ComplyFlex memberships can be cancelled at any time. Their membership will remain active and their products will remain available to them until their paid for period has expired.

Pricing and Payment

ComplyFlex pricing is set to the agreed upon monthly or annual price (whichever was selected at checkout), and is paid automatically at each renewal period. If you do not want to continue your membership, you must cancel the membership prior to the payment being processed.

Exclusion of Liability

ComplyFlex is not liable for any fines or payments that its members incur. The materials made available to members are a supplement to assist in providing a safe workplace. Complyflex does not ensure that fees, fines, or payments will not be issued from any other individual, entity, or organization (local, state, or federal).

Privacy Policy

ComplyFlex has the right at any time to cancel a membership if it is verified that a member has not adhered to the ComplyFlex privacy policy. ComplyFlex privacy policy requires that members do not distribute their account information, login information, or member-only materials to others outside there organization.
